Hotel was not far from the 1st market on the harbour, close to chocolate museum . Hotel clean & tidy . Breakfast was good choice & fresh ....

Perfect for Christmas markets.

The location was perfect for the Christmas markets and the shops, all within walking distance. Staff were welcoming and polite and spoke perfect English. Room was warm and the bed was very comfy. Tea and coffee in room a nice touch as many German hotels dont offer this, in my experience. Id stay here again if I revisit Cologne....

The bar man was especially good he was knowledgeable about the drinks but so experienced and exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the local area...

The hotel is conveniently located close to the metro station, right across from the Lindt chocolate factory and near the river. The room was spacious, the bathroom was large, and everything was clean. Breakfast was good, although a bit repetitive. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is no gym....

The breakfast bar has a wide variety of food. Fruits, 12 different toppings for yogurt. The multi grain rolls and bread were delicious. It was like going to a bakery. It's not your typical breakfast buffet....
