The hotel is well situated and our room on the 6th floor was spacious with a good view of the cathedral.
The bar on the 12th floor was really good and not expensive considering the view
However - on the second night we thought we would eat in the restaurant as we were tired from our day out.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Look for something else so that you are not disappointed. We have just checked in and the first room we were given was dirty, smelly with stains on the carpets and mould in the bathroom cracks in the glass shelf.
The second room stank of stale smoke along with a stained dirty carpet and the third room was not much better.
The hotel is in desperate need of some refurbishme...

Disappointed. Room was hot, aircon was broken. Opened the window and the window lock mechanism fell out meaning we couldnt close it again. The toilet blocked on first use. Reception moved us to another room that was twin share as nothing else was available. The shower was an over the bath arrangement and it was treacherous- do not recommend unless you are young, fit and fearless....

Our room is a decent size. The bathroom is a little small, but there are shelves for storage. Our room has a closet area with shelves, and there is additional storage throughout the room. We also got a small table and two chairs. We have a nice view of the neighborhood. We would have liked some drawers, but the lack might be normal in Germany.
