The location was ok, but to be honest , we wouldnt really stay here again. Arrived at hotel, couldnt get anything to eat from the hotel (kitchen closed)
In the morning, house keeping opened the door while we are still in bed, no pods for the coffee machine, single covers for a large bed.. just really wasnt what we expected on our first visit to Germany...

PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR DÜSSELDORF TRIP. The room was dark and not well cleaned. No Kettle. They did not clean our room in daytime and we waited for so long like more than an hour and the reception did not care about the issue and try to help, not to mention it was their fault. The price is completely not worth and I wont recommend to anyone who come to Düsseldorf...

Worst experience ever. Our room was not cleaned and the staffs just do not care even when we went to the reception to complain about it. Not to say phone calls to the reception were never picked up and staffs were really rude in handling matters. Highly unrecommend....

We stayed at the Clayton Hotel Düsseldorf recently, and from start to finish it was truly a memorable experience for both me and my boyfriend. The hotel itself was beautiful and comfortable, but what really made our stay exceptional was the staff in particular, one standout bartender named Alka.

Great hotel with excellent service. Rooms are fantastic and spotless clean. Really professional staff and a great location for exploring Christmas markets . If you are travelling with small children and chose this because of the pool be aware it is not particularly small child friendly.
