We spent the night to visit the Christmas markets. Check in was easy. Our room was ready a bit early which was nice. I had called and asked for a room with a bathtub but we got a room with a small shower. Bathroom was in rough shape. Mold in shower and loose fixtures, poor water pressure and the floor got all wet.

Good location near train station. New designed. Some minor remodeling

The room was huge, and very clean. Staff were very helpful, particularly Lucasz. The breakfast was really nice, great selection of food.He was very friendly and helpful. Our only issue was that we couldn't watch tv. There was construction work going on, so maybe that affected the tv reception....

Awful.
Quick check in, got to room and no soap and light not working. Told reception and they sent someone with dirty feet.
Got back to room and stunk of sewage!
Complained but had to wait until 5pm the next day to get a new room.
Got the new room and considerably smaller, one sink and no bath. Paid for a junior suite.
