Usually stay in Hafen but decided to stay somewhere else for a change. Disappointing experience.

Polite hotel staff
Ridiculous lift system - not user friendly
Dirty corridors - not hoovered
Towel in room had ink stains and no toiletries apart from shower gel
One loo roll
Television has Netflix option but no internet
TV channels are few
Breakfast tables not cleared...

Remarkable place for Interpack fair

We came for the Interpack 2026 and seemingly choose the perfect hotel for us. Clayton Hotel Düsseldorf had large and very spacey rooms, excellent reception service and the bar staff was just as great.
Big thanks to Imane, Mireia and Fernando from reception and Lorenzo and Maikel from the bar team, you guys have been amazing!
Everyday was an experience of its own. From breakfast to arranging transport to Interpack...

My stay at Clayton Hotel Düsseldorf was genuinely pleasant and easy from start to finish. The hotel itself is comfortable and well-run, but what really stood out was the people.
