This is a beautiful hotel located within an easy short walk to all the high end shopping and German department stores you could ever want to visit. The staff is friendly and attentive to whatever you might need or want. My husband mentioned to our waiter it was my birthday and within minutes the staff produced a lovely birthday treat for me! Cleanliness excellent, couldnt fault anything and the staff are excellent , very polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them.
All in all a great place to stay.
Location is also excellent,Christmas markets and Rhine a stones throw away.
If youre on a short stay then book your river cruise in advance.
Loads of good bars and restaurants all in walking distance .
I would definitely recommend this hotel....

Great Location and Ambiance in the Heart of Düsseldorf

I recently stayed at Kö59 Hotel in Düsseldorf a very nice downtown property with a pleasant ambiance and an excellent location. I knew the hotel from its days under the InterContinental brand, and I must say the new management is doing a great job maintaining its high standards.
The only area that could be improved is the breakfast, which I found to be somewhat below the overall quality of the hotel.

1- Fast check-in / check-out
2- Reception staff were friendly and supportive, also the lobby is well clean and organized.
3- The location of the hotel, since it's in the city center.
4- Comfortable bed and clean room
5- The air-condition is good.
6- The high-speed Wifi.
7- The parking under the hotel good and clean.

Wow - just wow
They were kind enough to upgrade us to a suite with a sauna etc. I think the hotel was busy because of a convention.
The room was outstanding and the team were very kind.
Handsome hotel. Modern, clean and stylish.
Great reception team.
Nice breakfast in the morning.
All round, an excellent place to stay and would highly recommend...
