The hotel was super easy to reach by car from Münchengladbach and underground parking was not that full of cars and connected to the NH entrance using the lift. Welcome snacks were good but we had some problem paying city tax by card. Probably only an inconvenient on that day.. anyway no problem just 3 paid using cash. The room was clean and tidy and bed was super comfortable. Food and restaurant were good and food ...

Hotel with great potential

Perfect Location, But Unacceptable Cleanliness Issues
The hotels location is perfect, and the room itself was spacious, which initially seemed promising. However, our experience quickly turned unpleasant.
When we were ready to go to bed around 11 PM, we discovered blood stains on the beddinga clear sign it hadnt been cleaned. Shockingly, there was no housekeeping staff available at that hour to change the bed.

Not like other NH hotels

We tried to use the hotel app to order room service. Unfortunately, the order went unnoticed by the staff. When they realized about the order, they tried to call us. However, they couldn't reach us because our room phone didn't work. There was no cable at all to plug it in. Luckily, a waiter went to our room to confirm our order and only then we had our food. The perfect layover!

We got given this hotel to stay in after we missed our connecting flight home.
We were all very tired and stressed, however, when we arrived at the hotel the staff were so helpful and empathetic especially Jenna at the desk.
She was super friendly and made us feel very calm and collective after a very hectic time. She offered each one of us a bottle of water for free to take to our room with us which was so kind!

Quiet room although far away from Messe Düsseldorf with public transportation

Hotel clean and quiet. Unfortunately the sauna was closed, and I missed a water boiler for tea/coffee in the room. Traveling from and to Messe Düsseldorf with public transportation was relatively complicated, which draws my ratings down.
