Lovely stay at the NH

Nice hotel, very clean. Staff professional, kind and accommodating. The tram, bus and trains are on its doorstep making it super easy to travel in - only 13 minutes by tram to the centre! You are close enough to the city but not in the core of it so a nice day out walking and sightseeing can be completed by a quite stay and lovely hot shower at the hotel....

Another lovely few days at the NH City Nord

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years and have only just got back from another lovely 4 nights. We always come back to the NH City Nord because the staff are so welcoming and friendly and always willing to assist. The rooms are a good size and cleaned to a high standard daily. After a day out it is always nice to relax in their very inviting bar and with bar staff who are always so ...

Great location easy to find and close to train station just two minutes walk - very clean the room is fresh and comfortable, very quiet and cozy. Staff very friendly and helpful and professional....

I don't want to be yo harsh as generally the hotel and people were nice but I wouldn't give it 4 stars. I stayed in better 3 stars than this. With everything working. ...

Watch out staying here

One of the staff members took my AirPods - despite having all the information the hotel claims they did not find my AirPods. Too bad they have a localisation tracker. I didnt want to cause trouble for anyone and resolve this without the police but it seems this cannot be done.
Tldr one of their staff took my AirPods and the hotel is of no help. Wont stay there again, be careful....
