Tradition with my love One's

Great staff, specialy Simone and Camila maked it for me and my daughters the perfect stay after Xmas stay a yearly tradition. We will repeat. Never the less we had to renew the room acces cards daily. Whats the problem ? IT ;-) A remark concerning the rooms, next to the lift is not ideal but nice beds and perfect rooms after 35 years being a client, I must say : already looking forward until next time...

Great staff, good location, nice drinks. A few issues on arrival were sorted promptly a d free drinks to compensate most welcome. The one issue we came across in all rooms was noise from outside. Whilst the windows are double glazed, they didn't close tightly and so during the night there was disturbance, and this was across three rooms. I highly recommend the NH Düsseldorf Königsallee for a business or private stay in Düsseldorf.
The hotel is in a great location in the city center, the room was very clean, quiet, large and comfortable, and the lady at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly....
