Bad charging of costs.

They cahrged me double costs of breakfirst and city tax fee.
When i checked in i payed all but after i leaving the hotel they charged one more time directly from my credit card.
It is ilegal....

Good location with good connecting roads, ample of parking facilities around and still walking distance from Königsallee. All the services you need at this hotel, clean rooms, good breakfast....

No recognition of status and tiny rooms

The hotel is conveniently located off the Königsallee. Check in was fast and friendly. Despite my GHADiscovery Titanium status (which entitles to a double upgrade), no upgrade offered. The rooms are tiny; even smaller than Accors Ibis hotel rooms, which I always thought were the smallest of any hotel chain. The fridge was not working, and I had to put my items at the fridge at the reception. The TV was awkwardly loc...
