Its a nice, centrally located hotel, but some things could have been better. To begin with, the reception staff could have been more welcoming. The breakfast area would benefit from having a second coffee machine, as guests currently wait up to ten minutes just for a morning coffee. A few additional tables in the breakfast area would also help.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and overall found it very nice. The hotel is located on a fairly quiet corner in the center of Düsseldorf, not far from the main promenade. Another plus is its walkable distance to Düsseldorf Central Train Station just about 8 minutes on foot. The entire building is renovated and modern, and the lobby is nicely decorated. This hotel is comfortable and clean ,well priced and in a good location .
Breakfast is good and there is complimentary water in the room each day.
There is also a nice bar with a good selection of drinks...

Fantastic stay

I booked this hotel as it was quite cheap but in a good location and am so glad that I did as it surpassed all my expectations.
I was there with my teenage daughter and the location is second to none, minutes walk from all the main tourist areas and about 10 minutes from the main train station. The staff in the hotel were helpful, kind and very engaging with good advice and recommendations and great conversation....

The hotel is situated in a good area for exploring Dusseldorf, and close to shopping, transport cafes and restaurants.
I had a good stay here.
The room and bathroom are nice. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.
Staff are nice and friendly.
There is water and snacks in the lobby area....
