Perfect location. Staff were really polite and friendly. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with so many options avaliable. Bedroom had everything you needed with comfy bed. Spa also very lovely. Only thing we would change is our room was very warm at night and we would have like the option to cool it down as was hard to sleep in the heat. Highly recommend!...

Perfect location in old city

The location cant be beat! Close to steps up to old city and on a main walking street through the old town. Charmingly decorated for the holidays. Wonderfully friendly staff. Good breakfast served through much of the morning. Slightly small room with a shower across from the toilet space. Good price value. Definitely the place the place to stay for ease of access to the old town....

I spent 4 nights at this hotel in January 2026 as part of a Baltic trip.
It's a good hotel, located about 5 minutes from the railway station, on the edge of the Old Town. The building is quite grand and spotlessly clean. There are interesting historical features e.g. very old wall and stairs, preserved within the hotel. My room (306) was a generous size and a very modern, attractive design. I stayed here for a few days on my first trip to Tallinn. The staff were excellent on answering all my pre-arrival questions including specific room location. The hotel is ideally situated in the lower part of old town just steps from everything including many shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is nearly new and appears no expense was spared. A very cozy new hotel in the old town. Excellent breakfast and extremely friendly service. The evening restaurant is also well worth trying....
