Everything was perfect. The hotel is very nice and comfortable, and the service is the ex factor. Excellent!
The staff was very kind and helpful with each and everything.
Special thanks to the Restaurant Manager Mr. Maywand Mohmand, who was super kind, highly professional, and attended to every situation with the best possible way. Our experience was great thanks to him!

Unresponsive Service and Very Inconvenient Location

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Leonardo Royal Hotel Frankfurt. After my stay, I realized I had left two coats in my room. I contacted the hotel multiple times by email, but I received absolutely no response.
A basic level of communication should be expected from a 4-star hotel, but the complete silence from the team shows a serious lack of professionalism and responsibility. Ignoring lost-and-found ...

Great sports bar, screens, bar staff, matches etc. But awful piped in music ruins the atmosphere, too loud, totally inappropriate for the people who are watching ....

Pros : Pricing is good for the hotel during peak season .
Cons : Property seems to be rundown. Service was dismal. Old configuration rooms are bad but newer ones are much better. Food is average. Cleanliness needs a lot of work. Amenities need to be working....

Solid 4 star hotel!

Great hotel a little south of the city. Rooms are well made and modern, with plenty of charging options in the Executive rooms. The hotel is 23/24 floors and the views of the city are outstanding. However lobby looks a bit funky, and the indoor parking in 24 per day. Street parking is free however difficult to come by. To arrive without a car, there is only 1 bus line.
