Great location, clean and comfortable!!!

Lovely hotel ! Its 5 minutes walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. Excellent service and breakfast was delicious. Staff friendly and rooms are clean. The hotel is abit dated but it is comfortable and clean with a lovely top floor pool and sauna. Great location with trains and buses right outside. Will definitely be back....

Lack of security within the hotel, handbag was stolen

We had terrible experience during our stay with Maritim Hotel in Frankfurt. We stayed for three nights on 24th,25th and 26th July 2025, We have booked for breakfast for our stay, on 26th breakfast my wife left her handbag with valuables on the dining table and children were seated at the table, when she came back after collecting her breakfast, she couldn't find her handbag, it was stolen nick of a seconds, she was v...

Avoid!!! Especially if you have cancer!

My husband was charged 26 euro for attending the restaurant with me and having nothing to eat because he has stage 4 cancer and was awaiting chemotherapy that day! Twice I was told this would be sorted out. Disgusting...

We booked our stay of 3 days and 4 nights at the Maritim Hotel in Frankfurt with hopes that our holiday wouldn't turn out to be as hellish as it had started thanks to our flights. I wish I could say that we were wrong.

Bad experience at this hotel. We won't be coming again.

Our visit in 08/2024 was our last.
Some main points:
Our bathroom faucet was leaking, and the refrigerator door was out of place. We reported the defects immediately to the cleaners and reception. Our stay lasted five full days and the defects were not fixed.
