Hotel is nice location, comfortable but the room was kind of hot and I couldn't turn down the AC. Maya and Mattias from the restaurant were the biggest rockstars. They had excellent customer service from checking in on me to suggesting food. I had the schnitzel which was not bad (not bad also means not good), overpriced, yet still worth it just because of Maya and Mattias. I will definitely be staying here again and...

Everything was excellent! As titanium members, they upgraded our room and gave us a dessert. The room had a wonderful view and everything was functional. Very kind staff, even though the hotel was always very busy. Cleanliness everywhere and nice decoration. The breakfast was complete and with a wide variety of everything. Special mention to Sasa, that's what his name is I think, who made the most delicious omelettes...

It was very refreshing to be so embraced by welcoming staff at the front of a breakfast. Even though it was early in the morning Diana and Yanay were energetic and helpful. They took their time to address my concerns and even explained the buffet cuisines. I have visited many hotels and this is the first time I have been explained the buffet dishes in detail. This was my first time staying at an NH hotel, and the experience was completely unacceptable. Management knowingly placed guests in a room directly above a nightclub, a room that should never have been sold due to the level of noise.

I have now stayed at the NH Collection Spin Towers in Frankfurt several times and it remains my go to hotel due to the consistent service and the proximity to the office in Frankfurt.
