I have now stayed at the NH Collection Spin Towers in Frankfurt several times and it remains my go to hotel due to the consistent service and the proximity to the office in Frankfurt. As a Discovery Platinum member I was treated with a room upgrade to a Junior Suite on the 20th floor of the hotel for my two-night stay. This was indeed a very nice surprise. On my business trip in December, I had a great stay. Service and quality of the hotel was overall very great. The bio fireplace in the room, was not working - that was basically the only negative thing ...

Poor customer service, unfriendly staff

We arrived for one night layoff,
As a platinum member of NH and minor hotels I had high expectation of this hotel.
For a start , upon arrival, the elevator hall and the elevator itself smelled from alcohol.
We received the room that was not properly cleaned , partial drink, beer butter was left near the coffee machine.
Almost no tissue of toilet paper was provided .
I showed the bottle of beer to the receptionist...

I was staying in this hotel for one night and it was great. I asked for a small decoration for our anniversary in the room and we were greeted with red macaroons! I cant say a bad word about this hotel...
