If you need a reliable, well located stay near the train station without paying luxury prices, this hotel delivers exactly what most travelers need for a short visit. Stayed 2 nights at the Victoria Hotel for business. Simple but of good quality. Single bed in a small room, but surprisingly fit for purpose. I would not have liked to have stayed in that room for longer, but for a couple of nights, it was fine. Very clean with a desk and good lighting. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection. A bit noisy, but kept the window shut so did not hear anything. Staff very friendly....

I stayed at Victoria Hotel Frankfurt on January 3, 2026 (4th floor) and had a very poor experience.
Throughout the night there was persistent, disruptive noise that made it impossible to sleep. I contacted reception multiple times during the night to report the issue, but no effective action was taken and the noise continued.

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay here for our one night. The area is nothing special, but is walkable to other areas of interest. Reception was very welcoming and they did what they could to prepare our rooms early due to our very early arrival. Our rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We would return....

We stayed here back in 2019 and it was a most excellent stay which is why we chose to stay here again. This time however... First, the hotel staff was WONDERFUL! This was a quick overnight prior to departing for the airport the next morning. The room we were assigned was a bit worn but clean and comfortable. However, our friends said their room was dirty.
