A lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Only downside was that the room was very hot and we were unable to cool the room down with the air conditioning. They provided us with a fan when we told them about the room being too warm....

The hotel location is excellent, very central, close to all transports option.
The room is fine but it has no air condition, only heating. It was very warm in Geneva during the week of my visit so it was too hot in the room. Housekeeping service could be better as the shampoo and soap bottle was empty for 1st day and 2nd day without refill. Also, tea and cream sachet were not refill daily.
