Warning: Very Noisy Room

I stayed in a fourth-floor room, and it was extremely noisy. Traffic sounds from the street came clearly into the room, and I could not sleep well at all that night. This had a significant negative impact on my overall experience and my trip.
On the positive side, the room itself was clean and modern, and the reception staff were excellent and very responsive...

Comfortable stay at the Crowne Plaza Geneva

I'm glad I stayed here, nice and conveniently located near Geneva airport with complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport every 20 minutes.
Spacious and clean room with great views, comfortable bed and unique bathroom design.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming also.
Will definitely stay again!...

I usually stay at the Marriott airport hotel while Im in Geneva. But tried Crowne Plaza because I wanted to use my IHG points. The hotel facilities are OK. The staff is friendly and professional. The airport shuttle and free bus to old town was helpful. But even though I have platinum status, I was denied a complimentary breakfast because I used points for my stay. We stayed there for two nights. We stay frequently in Uk crown plaza, but honestly the Geneva hotel tops them all. As an elite member they treated us like royalty. So spoiled. Up grade was fantastic. Staff so lovely and all so friendly. I am gonna book again with family as this was fantastic. Hotel beautiful....

Geneva, the hidden gem of Switzerland

Spent one week in Geneva at the Crown Plaza Hotel, which is an amazing hotel, lovely staff, brilliant club lounge and not too far out of the city cent. You get free bus pass, which also allows you on the tram and the boats on the lake. I would highly recommend this hotel and Geneva theres so much to do lots of walking lots ofplaces to visit well worth a trip....
