Friednly staff, always ready to help. I have been at Nvy a couple of times, but i could sense a big improvement from the last times. Overall a beautiful clean hotel....

An incredible boutique luxury experience. Even the smallest issues were handled flawlessly. Staff arrived within minutes, fixed the problem immediately, and did so with genuine friendliness. The level of service truly sets this hotel apart. Simply amazing....

This hotel is very average. Theres a partial view of the Lake from some rooms. No balcony.
Breakfast for $35 was not good at all. Also they overcharged me by a lot and Im still trying to get that straightened out! I would look elsewhere!...

your hotel was very welcoming , rooms clean , the location very suitable , but the room price was doubled on my arrival as my previous booking was cancelled .
The desk crew were very helpful especially Richard and Nihal...
