The elevator didn't reach the fifth floor where my room with a way too hard matress and a sloping roof was.
Breakfast was good, even though the joghurt served was too warm and caused me diarrhea.
Location of the hotel is fantastic....

Visited here at the very end of November, staff were Absolutely excellent, speaking both French and English 10/10 for both languages so can not complain at this.
Great service from then at all times from first thing in the morning to last thing at night, there was always someone there smiling at us/ saying hello/ goodbye as u came and went.

The opposite of charm. Tiny room. Furniture from a thrift store. Shabby and not shabby chic! Restaurant doesnt exist. Photos totally deceiving.
Absolutely no reason to stay here. I want my money back....

This hotel is in a great location. It has a quirky but charming set up. The rooms are small - as one would expect in an old European city. However, I must knock them down one star for lack of air conditioning during a heat wave and no real offer to assist or address the issue....

Receptionist was very rude

Receptionist was very rude when we asked about parking as we were told it was quite a walk away from the hotel and we had lots of luggage. Room was in the attic and we had to use stairs, very dark and dismal. Breakfast was the only plus point...
