No AC, restaurant and bar closed and shut. It appears by other reviews this is not a new occurrence. Its a classic old hotel that needs some work.
Clean and good location but impossible to sleep at night.
Fortunately, there are plenty of cafes to go gather a meal....

The room itself is nice. However there is no AC and I was sweating trying to fall asleep. I tried using the dial on the side of the room and I heard something turn on but it did nothing. Definitely dont say here in the summer. The bathrooms also have mold in the shower. Im assuming thats because there is no fan in the shower. Other than that the amenities are very nice....

Not as expected. The breakfast was poor. Hit and miss. Not good quality food. Ordered lunch and it came minus chips or potatoes. Just some bread. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. Expensive for a 2* experience .
Receptionist doesn't listen to your requests....

The hotel has a good location, comfortable beds, and good breakfast options for purchase. Make sure you specify if you need a double or twin bed as they tried to out my 25 year old and my father in same bed . Luckily they worked with us to find a new room but were pretty limited on rooms...

Staff was very friendly and accommodating The guests we encountered in the common areas were all "stiff" Our room on the fifth floor required an elevator ride to the fourth floor and then lugging our baggage up one more flight to the fifth Not as easy at age as it was as age 50. The room was immaculate, but tiny. Close by to restaurants and shops. We had a car, and driving in Geneva is a pain, parking garage...
