The opposite of charm. Tiny room. Furniture from a thrift store. Shabby and not shabby chic! Restaurant doesnt exist. Photos totally deceiving.
Absolutely no reason to stay here. I want my money back....

This hotel is in a great location. It has a quirky but charming set up. The rooms are small - as one would expect in an old European city. However, I must knock them down one star for lack of air conditioning during a heat wave and no real offer to assist or address the issue....

Receptionist was very rude

Receptionist was very rude when we asked about parking as we were told it was quite a walk away from the hotel and we had lots of luggage. Room was in the attic and we had to use stairs, very dark and dismal. Breakfast was the only plus point...

Hot, unsafe & robotically Swiss (not charmingly)

We chose Hotel Tiffany for its location near our daughters apartment in Geneva, but unfortunately, the stay fell dramatically short of expectations. Checkin was cold and transactional. No welcome, no how was your trip?, just a key handed over and a goodbye. {it was a woman}

The hotel is well located in a quiet suburb of Geneva, in walking distance of the old town. It is a place where one can enjoy genuine Swiss setting and hospitality.
