The hotel is in an excellent location for both exploring the city and for access from the airport via the train. The beds are very comfortable and care has been taken regarding the comfort of the pillows. There was lots of hot water for a great shower and the bedrooms were nicely decorated. Our breakfast experience was a little varied, lots of choice but the stocks of food on offer were not replenished quickly enough...

I found the reception staff to be exceptionally friendly and pleasant. They were able to answer every question I had. The ease of parking next to the hotel is truly exceptional....

Not welcoming response from Hotel

Tried to reach out to hotel to get transport card, but no response to my 3 emails.
Room was cold, heating not working properly.
House keeping didnt respond despite multiple attempts
Charged early check in fee which is usually complimentary in most other hotels in Geneva...

I have been staying at the Warwick since 2019 and I return each time because its an excellent hotel and the staff are all kind and courteous. I emailed the hotel to say that I would be on a long haul flight and would arrive around 7 am so early check in was graciously arranged and I was resting by 8 am. Highly recommended. ...

Nice hotel, clean and quite. Very good location. If I must say something about the room itself, its perfect but the pillars are too soft...
