Not welcoming response from Hotel

Tried to reach out to hotel to get transport card, but no response to my 3 emails.
Room was cold, heating not working properly.
House keeping didnt respond despite multiple attempts
Charged early check in fee which is usually complimentary in most other hotels in Geneva...

I have been staying at the Warwick since 2019 and I return each time because its an excellent hotel and the staff are all kind and courteous. I emailed the hotel to say that I would be on a long haul flight and would arrive around 7 am so early check in was graciously arranged and I was resting by 8 am. Highly recommended. ...

I was surprised by a note and a birthday treat from the team of Warwick! That unexpected and was so sweet! Everyone at the desk, from check-in to check-out were very helpful, warm and friendly. Very much appreciated, and couldnt ask for more.
The view from the room is amazing and photo worthy. Not to mention that it is just across the train station! How convenient!
