Nice room with a view on a cornor room

Hotel is not far from the main station (4 stops) and bus run quite frequent and bus stop is just around the corner. U Bahn is a bit distance but still good. Hotel located in a residential area so not much activities around. Have booked an Alster View room. Got to fifth floor on the corner. Room is very sizable. We thoroughly enjoyed our six-night stay at the Crowne Plaza City Alster, Hamburg. A special thank you to Julia, whose warmth and friendliness made our breakfasts such a pleasure each morning, and to Smo, both at the bar and during breakfast service, for his helpful, personable, and professional manner. We stayed here for two nights as a family of three. As the rooms were comfortably laid out, very quiet and we were given two rooms together which was helpful as a family breakfast was lovely as were all the attentive staff. Comfortable stay

Located close to the city centre and Alster Lake in a tree-lined street. Quiet location in modern, well-maintained building. Everything in the room worked well and made for a comfortable stay. Staff were very helpful, especially at check-in as we had disembarked from The Queen Mary 2 and arrived early. Bar service was friendly and efficient. Restaurant had a limited menu. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel....

This hotel offers everything, great location, clean & fresh feel, great food. But what really makes it amazing is their excellent service attitude. Shows in everyone in the hotel staff, honest and genuine service culture. Great experience throughout, from a quick check-in to a fun time at the bar (special shout out to Smo and Hagi) and an amazing breakfast offer. Will be back for sure!...
