A surprise upgrade

Arrived very early to Reception expecting to drop off cases and return after lunch for check in however the very kind Reception manager? not only gave us an upgrade to
a junior suite suite but also had the room immediately available and we checked in and up to the room and this was all before 10 am!.. Fantastic!!
Beautiful room although the jacuzzi bath was not working which we reported.

This hotel has everything for an enjoyable stay: great staff, location is convenient, the breakfast and the rooftop terrace is very relaxing. Just wish the breakfast started 1/2 hour sooner as we always have to travel onward. ...
