The hotel is modern & the rooms are roomy & the beds are very comfy. The pool area is a nice bonus to have in a city centre hotel. Very small & not a lot of shade & it's gets very busy.. My only gripe with this area is that the pool needs cleaning & got more dirty in the days we were there.. Breakfast is nice with all the usual buffet style food but has an egg station for omelettes, etc..

Good location - 15 min walk from Malaga centre
Comfortable beds, quiet rooms
Negatives:
Customer service could be better. Check in was unfriendly, no smiles, no information offered other than the room number and times for breakfast.

Hotel is good! It's right next to a shopping mail but 25min walk from the Old Town and 30min walk from Harbor where everything happends.
The only thing that I was irritated about is the swimming pool at the room B-HEAVEN. It's really nice that you van eat and drink at your bed and arround and in the pool but it's mess! Cups are all arround the swimming pool and grass. Sometimes in the pool! People just cant handle t...
