Lovely hotel in a great city location

Friendly staff, great location, lovely room. The hotel was so clean and tidy. The bath towels were so soft and fluffy. Great central location....

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and very good value for money (100 per night in January for a twin room. Breakfast 11 per person).
We had a warm welcome at reception and there was a baggage room to leave our cases. All rooms are on the first floor and there was a lift.
The rooms were fairly simple but spacious and comfortable, and very clean. Bathroom was fine and the shower was very good.

Great location, only three minutes walk from Malaga Central train station and about ten minute walk over the bridge into the centre of Malaga. We walked everywhere, to all attractions during our stay. There is supermarket right under the hotel for anything you need.
Helpful and polite staff. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing, especially given that it is a relatively expensive hotel.
When I arrived alone to check in, I encountered a very unsettling situation. After unlocking the room door, I felt resistance, as if someone was pushing it back from inside. From the very minute I entered the hotel I was truly pampered! Esparanza offered me a super good room - a clear upgrate from what I had booked. Also, every question I asked was responded with quality and a smile. Finally, I was offered to that the hotel keep my luggage until I was heading for the airport.
