Clean hotel but not 4star service

Good location and very clean . Staff were not very helpful on reception , seemed like we were a nuisance .
Bathroom for a disabled person was extremely slippy and even after being given a small plastic mat it was like an ice rink .
Also no water in rooms unless you pay for it so I wouldnt call this 4star...

Very clean, nice stuff, good location (if you are planning to get on bus/train, best choice), without noise from outside, 15 min walk to center. Rooms are big enough, great value, amenities could be better....

We booked Malaga purely to enjoy the Easter parades and we couldnt have picked a better Hotel for this. We took the train from the airport which goes right into Malaga ( the last stop so you cant go wrong ) out of the station turn right and walk across the road the hotel is literally 2 mins walk from the station. Just had a lovely break here, spotless rooms and friendly staff make it an ideal choice as only a few steps from Alameda train stop and minutes to the old town....
