Located down by the port, but still a short walk from the old town this is a great place to stay. The street at the front is pedestrianised and so very quiet. The room was massive and very comfortable. The bathroom was decent too. The whole experience was great....

marriposa hotel .....hidden gem

we have been going to this hotel with our friends who are in their late 70s and they love it just as much as we do .
it's a fantastic hotel with an amazing roof top bar which doent open till late afternoon but you can sit and read or go in the pool or sunbathe .
we only have bed and breakfast as the surroundings tapas bars are out of this world and the people are so friendly.
the location is just perfect as we like ...

This was one of the most pleasant hotel experiences we´ve had !
Of special mention were the sister Reception team of Amélie and Audrey...absolutely incredible from the immediate help with finding us a parking space upon arrival ( I neglected to reserve one....which proved CRITICAL as we arrived about 12:10 pm and had a walking tour booked for 13:00.

This hotel is a great place to stay and explore Malaga. Within 15 minute walk of just about anywhere in the city it's an ideal base.
The room was very large and was very comfortable, cleaned every day to a high standard. The staff were all excellent, friendly and interested in you.

Great boutique hotel perfectly located in Malaga. Biggest plus is the staff who were all super friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean, all be it a few spots could use a spot of paint and refresh in the rooms. Beds and bedding very comfy. Cold buffet breakfast great with lots of choice and open til midday which we liked. Cooked breakfast was a bit limited and not so much choice so if its a full English you are af...
