Fantastic hotel

Beautiful hotel with very helpful and welcoming staff. Lots of lovely seating in the public areas.
Room was very clean and well appointed, were on a high floor so lovely view out to sea. Fantastic bathroom and balcony.
Very convenient underground car parking
Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, also had dinner in the restaurant which was really really good....

This was our first visit to this hotel and wont be the last. We booked a junior suite which was spacious and very clean. Very large bathroom with separate toilet and shower. Large bed and separate living area. Large balcony was furnished with table/chairs and sunbeds which we didnt use due to weather. Breakfast is OK . Only a couple of minor points stopped us giving it 5 stars: no plugs in the sinks and its adve...

Arrived in Malaga, for the first time, this morning - after a trip from the UK. Our day started at 4am. It's now 10pm and 14000 steps later and we're just off to bed. We arrived early at the hotel and they saved our bags and gave us directions to a city walking tour we'd booked. The room is fantastic, staff great and amenities, all we could wish for. Easy to book directly with competitive pricing. Our stay was flawless with large clean bedroom, bathroom with double vanity with good water pressure. Breakfast was robust with many options. Since we were getting on a cruise ship looking at the harbor and seeing our ship enter was an additional benefit.

Not a great experience-the rating is due predominately to the odor.
There was a strong odor of sewage when you entered the hotel, and it continued upstairs, though the smell was a bit milder.
The room was very musty and the cooling system did not work well
The bathrooms had mold in the bath/shower areas
There was only one luggage rack in the room
No Iron/ironing board.
