From the outside, was a little unsure, however what a breath of fresh air from the receptionist upon arriving, she was welcoming and really lovely. Even welcoming our 2 small dogs for an extra wee charge. The hotel was clean and had a phone in the room for room service, which we used to order a couple of vodkas. When I was having trouble with ticket machine the manager offered to give them a call. Luckily it worked the machine sent a email to my account. The hotel was clean and well presented....

Your staff is really friendly and professional. The facility was. As always, clean. Our room was nice. We did find that it lacked toiletries such as soap and shampoos. There was a hand wash unit in the shower only. The restaurant prepared dinner for us and it was wonderful....

Excellent service, check-in very easy and helpful that the receptionist spoke very good English.
Restaurant and bar staff excellent, a parking in the underground car park, not only secure but cheap as well...
