Pretty average stay. We were given room 248, which is in the annex part and looked out over the rear side of the building. As others have commented, this is where a lot of homeless people spend their time, so we were kept awake all night both days. The hotel didn't seem busy (April), so I'm sure if they tried, they could have allocated us other rooms.

Stayed for 3 nights B&B over Easter. First impressions were positivegreat location and friendly, helpful staff throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth and the hotel generally felt clean and well-maintained.
