We got upgraded to stay on the 5th floor which offered a common snack area with a fridge filled with soft drinks, ice, yogurt, fruit that you can eat. There was a table with pastries and some light snacks too....

First class service in fabulous hotel in central location.

This was a first class experience from this fabulous hotel. The reception staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating, even when I emailed them before arrival. The room was spacious and light, and I had a lovely balcony to people watch. Super comfortable bed, fabulous rain shower, 2 basins, body wash and lotion provided in pump dispensers so this hotel cares about their carbon footprint.

We were also extremely pleased with the hotel overall. The room facilities were excellent, the breakfast was wonderful, and every staff member we encounteredwhether at reception or in the restaurantdemonstrated professionalism, friendliness, and sincere hospitality. It is rare to experience such consistently high standards of service throughout an entire stay....

A perfect city break

This was a perfect city break. The hotel is ideally situated on Calle Larios and has everything you need at a high standard. All the staff are helpful and friendly and we particularly enjoyed drinks in the rooftop terrace bar....

The All-Round Excellent Stay

We had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. One thing we really appreciated was the location which it was perfectly situated for getting around easily. The staff especially Juan made us feel so welcome, and the on-site dining/amenities were super. Highly recommend and hope to be back....
