Poor hotel experience in what we thought was a 5 star hotel in Malaga

This was our third stay in this hotel. We decided to stay again because positive previous experiences but standards have really slipped at the hotel and it is now definitely not a 5 star hotel.
Room products such as shower get and toilet rolls were not replenished and we regularly had to ask for these. The bathroom has no window and no ventilation so it frequently had bad odour. Our room was often not serviced un...
