Style over comfortseveral things need to be addressed for usability. Lighting in rooms, position and size of tv, makeup/ shaving mirrors.
Had much much better in lower rated hotels.
The best thing was the bed was very comfortable.
The staff were ok, tutored at their job but with no sincerity....

From the moment I booked and contacted the hotel I was met with the highest standards. I have to give a recommend for Nahuel who is guest relations. He was so amazing and attentive. We we not well on day (down to a restaurant we ate at) and Nahuel made sure we wanted for nothing to make us feel better.
