I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Cocoon Hauptbahnhof.
I have travelled to more than 30 countries, but this was one of the worst experiences I have had with hotel staff. The reception staff member named Mark was extremely rude and unprofessional during my interaction.

Small room, but a very comfy bed. It was a very quiet location, yet a good 20 minute, or so, walk to the city center. The train station was very close to the hotel....

It was generally a good place to stay. It is definitely a European style small room. No mini frig or coffee in rooms. They do have free water station in lobby and a full breakfast buffet available for purchase. About 8 minutes walk to main train station. Lena and Vanessa at the front desk were very friendly and helpful!...

Terrible experience leaking shower ignored by staff

I stayed here for 3 nights. On the first morning at 7am I reported that the shower was flooding the room and running out the front door. I used all the towels to mop it up.
When I came back at 8pm, nothing had been done. The wet towels were still in the shower, no one had checked the room, and no replacement towels were provided.

We stayed here for a few nights and really liked it. The hotel has a fun alpine vibe and feels cozy. The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were small but very cleanand honestly, you probably wont spend much time in the room anyway.
