Nice modern Hotel 5 min walk from the Munich Main Station.
The staff was very friendly from the receptionist to the breakfast employees. Specially a young men who welcomed the guest in the breakfast room was engaged.
There was no complimentary water in the room as mentioned in the comments. After a call they send it to us right away. I had the feeling that the guy from the bar who brought it was not pleased.

We stayed at the Eurostars Book Hotel in Munich with our family and found it to be a nice, clean, and well-serviced hotel. It provided a comfortable and convenient base for our travels.
Location: Excellent for Day Trips
The hotel's location is strategically excellent for traveling: it is very close to the München Hauptbahnhof (main train station), which made taking day trips extremely convenient.

Just back from 4 nights at this hotel, enjoyed every minute. The staff are amazing, friendly , accommodating and really want to make your stay enjoyable. The location is good, we arrived at night so didnt really appreciate where we were. In daylight you can explore there are plenty of restaurants close by , we found an excellent Italian, and 2 very good German restaurants and a great coffee shop. There are takeaways...

Modern minimalistic rooms / deceptive breakfast billing / security issue with doors

Started out well, liked the location, rooms were clean and showers were good. However this is a 3* hotel, not 4! Rooms are furnished on the cheap with plastic side tables., there is no privacy once you step out of the shower as it is an open area with a lightly glazed window separating the bedroom.
