Just back from 4 nights at this hotel, enjoyed every minute. The staff are amazing, friendly , accommodating and really want to make your stay enjoyable. The location is good, we arrived at night so didnt really appreciate where we were. In daylight you can explore there are plenty of restaurants close by , we found an excellent Italian, and 2 very good German restaurants and a great coffee shop. There are takeaways...

Superb location right next to Munich central station (hbf). Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms immaculate and reasonably priced too....

Modern minimalistic rooms / deceptive breakfast billing / security issue with doors

Started out well, liked the location, rooms were clean and showers were good. However this is a 3* hotel, not 4! Rooms are furnished on the cheap with plastic side tables., there is no privacy once you step out of the shower as it is an open area with a lightly glazed window separating the bedroom. Huge problem with the doors as they are heavy and slam shut. Also, even though they slam shut, they dont latch and loc...

Nice hotel near the Altstadt

Easy to find , just 10 minutes walk from station.
Room is large, hard bed , nice bathroom. Its a bit embarrassing that there is no toiletbrush.
I also missed a free bottle of water in the room.
Very good breakfast, large choice of warm and cold dishes...

We stayed here for a few days during Oktoberfest. The location was really convenient to getting to the festival grounds and also to the tram to get to the old town. The room was clean, but oddly long and dark. The bathroom was tiny. The breakfast was decent and the staff were all quite pleasant and kind. I was traveling with a large group (40+) people and all of our suitcases were lost. The courier made a few differ...
