We stayed at the Hilton Munich City Center for 5 nights to experience the Christmas markets, and this hotel exceeded all expectations. The location is great with the direct S-Bahn access via the hotel elevator. You can go straight from the airport to the hotel without ever stepping outside, which was incredibly convenient during the cold December weather, especially if it's raining. Pricey for bad quality

Check in was easy, direct access from the train station which was nice. Room was very warm, tried to open the window and turn off the heat but then window broke in an in between position not really letting air in and heat never lessened. Called the front desk to ask for help but they staff were unable to fix the window and as the hotel was near fully booked we were not offered a room change. It was very very warm in ...

Executive lounge quality is low

The executive lounge closes early some nights without notice. The lounge also starts cleaning the coffee machine before closing time so you cannot use it. The happy hour food in the executive lounge is the lowest quality Ive seen at a Hilton, for example, they put out chips under the food warmer where warm food should be. The cook, Charles( I hope i heard his name correctly), makes omelettes that makes you feel like youve never had eaten real omelet before. He is very polite and always positive. He is always smiling and prepares the most delicious omeletteI think the best in all of Munich....

TV program is the worse of all among the rest of hotels, can say is no english channel except some english news. the TV remote is also kind of stupid design, no number pads, so u will have to scroll up or down all the way to get to the channel u want. not only that, the tv signals is very bad too, the screen will gets hanged very often. this is Hilton, but why cant even have some in-house english movie?
