Disappointing in some respects

This hotel is a standard Hilton in most respects. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed and the common areas are nicely designed and functional. We had two issues which have reduced my rating to 3/5.
Firstly, and most importantly, the outside temperature during our stay was in the early 20s most of the time which was lovely however, when we returned to our room it was very hot. I measured it at 22 - 26 degree...

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton City Hotel in Munich, and would recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
A special mention must go to Santiago on reception, who truly made our stay memorable. Just enjoyed a lovely 5-night stay at the Hilton Munich City. Very helpful staff everywhere in the hotel ... Reception, Restaurant, Executive Lounge, all good.

Flight to germany canceled due to weather. Called the hotel but they charged me anyway for the room. Not a good way to treat a Lifetime Diamond member. Will never book at this place again....
