It was good experience as always with Holiday Inn. Location is very convenient (near public transport station, few restaurants, supermarket, big beautiful park). Room was clean and feels like new. Almost no noise. Service on highest level. Good breakfast. We were with dog and everyone were friendly....

Arrived to find no hair dryer or kettle in the room,room not serviced even though sign was on the door when it was serviced the day after still had the same dirty cups...

We regularly stay at the Holiday Inn Express when we're in Munich, and so far it's always been a very good experience. All the staff are consistently friendly and helpful, especially at reception and during breakfast. Breakfast is included, with a large buffet and a large variety of dishes.
