I stayed here for a total of 3 nights in January of 2026. It was actually two separate stays at the beginning and end of a trip. So, I was in two different rooms. I had a good experience both times. Here is what I would share:
Breakfast is not included in the rate I had. I paid 31 Euros for it. It was pretty good and had a lot of choice.

We booked a BA city break from the 5th to 9th January and the Holiday Inn Munich City Centre was the recommended hotel by BA. We wanted a 4 star hotel in the city centre to make it easier to get around and as a base for day trips to Dachau and Salzburg. The hotel is connected to the underground S Bahn from airport or main train station.
Very easy to get around the city, with lots of food options nearby.
Comfortable and clean rooms.
The staff were friendly and nice.
Overall a good stay....

Rate this highly as the hotel is connected to the underground S Bahn from airport or main train station. Easy to get around the city, and lots of food options nearby. Room wise is good, clean and comfy. Breakfast can get a little crowded. Overall a good stay....
