Awesome stay for families

This was our home for 2 weeks while visiting Munich and the surrounding area. We have 3 kids, so we booked the 2 bedroom + kitchennete.
Our stay was amazing. Everyone was very helpful, the room was spacious, the air conditioner worked reasonably well, and the kitchenette was a life saver on a couple of occassions. The location is very convenient to public transportation, which was great since we did not rent a car. ...

Amazing Rooftop Suite, Great Location and Exceptional Service!

We had a wonderful stay at Koos Hotels & Apartments. This property has rooms spread across several buidlings in the same compound. We stayed in the Rooftop Suite,on the 7th floor of the main building. which was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for our trip to Germany. The KOOS Hotel&Apartments is a modern, digital apartment building on the edge of the old town in Munich. Ideal location near enough to the main station and within walking distance of the centre. Swish reception area and brilliant staff. High ceiling and spacious main room and bathroom. Would have preferred a microwave and a dish washer to a washing machine, plus any space for all the washing up to dry, but very good value and clean. The electronic key worked every time. Absolutely unacceptable experience.
I was charged by this hotel without ever making a booking or staying there. I was in Munich due to the Lufthansa strike and stayed at Buddy Hotel that same nightsomething I can fully prove.
