Excellent location, lovely apartment. I was concerned when we were in the apartment which was across the courtyard, however I didnt need to be concerned as it felt very safe and was well lit. The key on my phone worked every time. The apartment was very quiet and I slept on the sofa bed which was very comfortable. I would def recommend this apartment...

Two very different experiences - not all apartments are the same

We stayed at Koos twice in 2 weeks but the experiences could not have been more different. Our first 3 night stay was in a building behind the kitchen across a courtyard. The apartment was dark, poorly equipped for kitchen appliances and services and had no atmosphere. It did not resemble the advertised promotional features at all. Greeted by very helpful and friendly personnel. Check in is fully digital, which is easy and fast. The room itself was clean, as it should be. Modern and spacious shower. A great location when visiting the city centre. Only big downside is the fact that its located near a ridiculous busy street. If you want to have fresh air from outside, bring earplugs or youll be woken up numerous times by police cars, fire truck...

We were so happy with our stay at the Koos Hotel in Munich. All employees were professional and helped you with anything you needed. The room was so comfortable and clean. Best breakfast Ive had in a long time....
