Wifi failures sink hotel experience
Travelled on 11/2025
Appallingly bad wifi. Basically non functional. Falls short of what any basic hotel should offer. Hotel is nice enough but inability to meet such a basic amenity is a huge fail. Do not stay here....

Spend money elsewhere. Not a helpful experience and despite being a frequent visitor to Munich, I wont use this hotel again...

Germany is labeled a first-world country, but my experience from multiple trips tells a different story. The level of hospitality is minimal, and frankly, it feels...
