Our stay was short, recognizing negative sides

The negative side, the cleanliness was horrible of the room did not meet expectations. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, and there were cobwebs visible on the ceilings and curtains (as shown in the photos). This was disappointing upon check-in.
On the positive side, the reception staff, especially Safa, were very kind and helpful, doing their best to resolve the situation. The restaurant was excellent offer...

Although the hotel is located near the city center, the area didn't feel safe at all. I was especially afraid in the evenings. There was a public parking lot next to the hotel entrance, and there were a lot of people fighting or drinking alcohol there at night. There's a strip club right next to the street. For these reasons, I felt very uneasy about entering the hotel in the evening or at night....

A nice hotel to stay which close to Munich Bahnhof

Excellent facilities and the room is big and comfortable. Room is clean and bed is comfortable for sleep. The hotel location is really good, which close to train station, and the breakfast is really delicious and with lot of variety. There is some bar and restaurant nearby, quite convenience....

Pool, breakfast and good service.

I enjoyed my stay. The pool is small, but big enough to relax in. It is clean and has everything you need for a good time. I thought the buffet breakfast was outstanding, the service was excellent, and the selection was impressive. The food is tasty and there is a lot of variety. The staff constantly checks that the tables and buffet are clean and well-stocked.
The front desk staff is also very competent and kind....

Rude bartender

We are just home from our trip to Munich. Our main complaint was the rudeness of the male bartender in the piano bar. My son asked him for some paper towels to dry some juice my grandson had spilled on the table. His reply was abrupt " Rule Number 1 no juice to be brought in here" They had just wondered in to the bar and we appreciate if no outside juice allowed even if purchased at the vending, however his tone and...
