The restaurant is great, and everyone working in the building was very friendly. Room Service was barely present, with multiple instances of them just not showing up when requested and showing up outside the scheduled cleanings. Very good, for a few days with family

2 adults and 2 children (8 and 11).
The apartment is not so big, but for sleeping big enough. We have not used the kitchen, but probably it's too small for the entire family. Probably ok for breakfast. The beds were quite comfortable, but the room was too warm. I had to turn off both the radiator and the air conditioning.

We really appreciated the comfort of the room, the amenities and well-equipped kitchenette, the high quality of the bed linen and towels, the free internet, and the excellent location next to the metro station.

Excellent location near the metro station.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby is large and comfortable.
The rooms are comfortably large, with enough electrical outlets.
There is no coffee maker in the room. Only an electric kettle
There are metal clothes hangers that rattle (make a sound that can be unpleasant) when they touch each other, which I often do when passing nearby or hanging clothes...
