Huge comfy bed - lovely hotel

Great hotel! Stayed in a large corner room with huge corner windows. Plenty of space and a huge comfy bed!! Overlooked the train line but didn't hear any noise at night. Lovely hotel in a great location - would 100% recommend. Used the car park, expensive but it is city centre, felt it eas very safe and secure....

A super value transit spot. Just a bit further away from the Restored Old Town. Good garage, low prices. Rather nice rooms. Edible breakfast and a decent coffee....

Terrible Reception Experience and Poor Service!

We had a very frustrating check-in experience at this hotel. The receptionist was incredibly unhelpful and seemed he does not know how to do his job. We had completed the online check-in prior to arrival, but he kept saying he couldnt find our booking. Despite me repeating several times that I had already checked in online, he ignored it and asked us if we are willing to pay for a room. Only after several back-and-f...

Quite gritty and rough as soon as you step out the front door

The area the hotel is located in does not feel clean or safe. A lot of noise from drunkards come from hotel courtyard at night. The A/C doesn't get very cold but the room is quite clean and the staff are friendly....

Fab breakfast

This hotel had the best breakfast we had on our interrail trip. Great variety on offer and good quality. Fantastic location next to the railway station and Ubahn and a short walk to the old town. Friendly, welcoming staff on reception. The room was very quiet, spotlessly clean thought a little on the small side hence the 4 stars. We wouldnt hesitate to stay again....
