Staff in reception-2/10!
One person in reception at checkout time.
He is dealing with group for check in- at 10:30 AM.
Let us wait for more than 15 min - until i ask to call for another person to the reception..
The time of the customer is nothing!!!...

Clean and good equipped room, testy breakfasts. In the room. It lacks info card about hotel in English, even not in German....

Very nice hotel, excellent location and delicious breakfast! Very close to train station and old town and Deutche Bahn Museum. Comfy beds and nice gym on the top floor as well. ...

Great hotel close to old town of Nurnberg. Big rooms, comfy beds, everything working right and nice attention to details that matter in a room and one extemly good breakfast. The best stay i Nurnberg. Much value for the money. I will be back. ...

The location is excellent and close proximity to everything. The staff were superb and really went above and beyond to make us comfortable. I was initially given room 127 but there is some pipe issue as there was a sewage smell from the bathroom which hindered my sleep. We got moved to room 424 after 2 nights which was really really appreciated. All in all the attentiveness from the staff members and welcoming hospit...
