Staff in reception-2/10!
One person in reception at checkout time.
He is dealing with group for check in- at 10:30 AM.
Let us wait for more than 15 min - until i ask to call for another person to the reception..
The time of the customer is nothing!!!...

Very nice hotel, excellent location and delicious breakfast! Very close to train station and old town and Deutche Bahn Museum. Comfy beds and nice gym on the top floor as well. ...

Great hotel close to old town of Nurnberg. Big rooms, comfy beds, everything working right and nice attention to details that matter in a room and one extemly good breakfast. The best stay i Nurnberg. Much value for the money. I will be back. ...
