I rated this a 4 out of five purely on the room at 1st I paid for 2 people friends but didnt give option for 2 single beds so when I enquired I was offered to pay 1200 nok £86 pounds for upgrade the upgrade wasnt really an upgrade it was what I can only assume was the original bed just separated there were also no cups or coffee options in the room bathroom was quite small as well however hotel reception bar area (...

The service was great and even offered us a late check out for free. The breakfast was great, plenty to choose from hot or cold, lactose free items and crepes available. The room was clean and had a nice view of the city centre. Dont take taxi in Oslo as its dangerously expensive and I swear they scam you. We had a 5 mins ride and they charged us £29! The shower room was a bit small as the doors dont seal properly ...

We stayed here as a family of 3 for 4 nights in November.
The room was clean and spacious and equipped with the usual others you'd expect. We were on the 8th floor and had a great view of the city to the back of the hotel.
The booking came with breakfast which was always well stocked and had plenty of options from cooked to continental with some Norwegian bits available to try.

Oslo is crazy expensive and isn't a news...
This hotel offer at a fair price comfortable rooms; of course the position isn't the best for tourist and for business too, the breakfast isn't as for the high Scandi standard or the forniture isn't modern.
But definetely a good stay for the value...

The refurbished rooms are good to very good. Some problems with the new TV's, hopefully sorted.
The breakfast good and the staff at the reception desk excellent. Only the manageress struggled to deal with guests who stayed for over 30 days.
Location convenient and all amenities in walking distance....
