Uncomfortable Beds, Hazardous Bathroom, and Disappointing Breakfast

Our stay was very disappointing. The bed had a tiny upper mattress with almost no padding and sank in the middle, exposing the springsresulting in back pain and very uncomfortable sleep. The TV was mounted to the left of the bed with no adjustable stand, making watching it nearly impossible. The toilet paper holder, made of metal, was mounted directly where your right thigh would goturning every bathroom visit into...

Okay room close to everything. one elevator was closed so only one were working. I got the room next to the stairs and a lot of traffic there since elevator was closed. And rooms around the room I got were several services rooms. Cleaning staff were talking loudly in the phone outside the door. So not much rest. Room in itself was okay. ...

The location is absolutely excellent. 2 min walk from Central Train station, 1 min walk to the bay and right opposite the opera house where you will also find the ticket desks for the tour bus and the bus top itself.
I had a room that was looking over the opera house , which was clean and fresh on arrival. However, despite there being a few signs about the hotel, stating when room would be cleaned , mine wasn't cle...

Very acceptable, clean room with balcony and view. Central location. Very polite and helpful staff.
The hotel has obviously seen better decades and some wear and tear is visible, which gives it some industrial design charm.
Breakfast is complimentary and I have seen much worse. Just stay away from the coffee and be early, or it might become crowded.
