Superb location - really comfortable stay.

I had two nights at this wonderful hotel. It's right off the train station and you can walk in through the food hall. Easy self check in but the Barception staff are there to assist if needed. Comfortable room, superb location. If you need another pillow of more towels ask at Barception. It's perfect for a short stay....

Great 3 star hotel in central Oslo

We stayed here as a family of 4, with 2 rooms booked, over Dec/Jan New Years. You can enter this hotel via outside doors on the square, or from within the station, or the station doors. Only thing I didnt like is that it was well-signed with the actual hotel name.

This hotel is located right next to the central station, with one entrance inside the train station directly across from the tourist office, where you can purchase the Oslo Pass and get local information. It is extremely convenient for travel to and from the airport. The room we booked was spacious, and the bathroom was large. Room: upgraded comfort room with a harbour view was great. It was spacious enough, bathroom good size. Definitely a step up from the standard rooms & worth it if youve time to kill.
Staff: exceptional. Friendly, helpful & welcoming. Marie was on the desk the two times I stayed & helped with invoice queries, lost property. Great customer focus.
Breakfast: for the inclusive rate its perfect.

Room Electricity problems took down the rating

The room need to have working electricity. when the bedlights where active you got shaped if you touched the headboard of the bed. Also the light in the ceiling was bad and the light at the cupboard.
The breakfast was good. The location is great right at the trainstation and the staff is friendly....
