Great location for getting around Oslo.
Lovely clean rooms, veey friendly and helpful reception staff, excellent choice of food at breakfast; added bonus of complimentary fika and evening meal. Highly recommend....

The location is excellent located in the center of Oslo & near to the station & trams
Our room was very small
The bathroom was the best feature with under floor heating & plenty of hot water ,shower gel etc The only downside is the towels which are extremely small
Never before I have stayed in a hotel where your room is not cleaned daily !!
So we stayed for two nights & no cleaning was done
We had dinner & breakf...

Met all expectations

This hotel met all our expectations. Helena at the front desk started us off with friendly service and great advice. The room was large and clean. The breakfast outstanding and the added afternoon snacks and free dinner were definitely an addition not normally seen in hotels. The plaza out the back of the connected mall led directly to all sites in the city. A food festival there one day was a great local experience....

Central hotel in good location

We booked a standard room at this hotel and it was very small. The distance between the end of the bed and the wall was about 12 inches. We were on the fourth floor but could hear all the street noise so all in all not that impressed with room. The location is very central so good for all the sights and the breakfast buffet was very large with many choices. The included evening meal was ok....

Very Compact Hotel in Oslo

Describing the room as bijou is being kind. There was an 18inch clearance between end of bed and wall, with wall having the TV mounted on it. This meant getting to the bathroom from one side of the bed involved some interesting body contortion and walking like a crab.
However, room was clean but the windows did not provide adequate sound insulation so the noise of the city was present through the night.
