Just an overnight stay. Restaurant closed for dinner on Sundays, so I ate from their snack bar. Other dining options are nearby , but I was too exhausted after my travel to go looking. The room was immaculate, modern, and stylish. No fridge or kettle, as is the norm these days, but hot drinks machine downstairs. Iron and board in the room. WTF - first time experience

The hotel is nicely located with good metro connections. Everything was fine until our last night (Saturday to Sunday), when a loud party with music in the lobby went on past 11:30 pm. The noise was so strong that we could hear the lyrics word for word inside our closed room.

Receptionist needs training on good manners

The receptionist, Khansa, kept me waiting for 2 hours since I arrived without even telling the estimated time on when I can check-in. It was 1 hour past 3pm (check-in) time and I have been following-up on my room. Khansa said, "If I hear another thing from you, I'll send you to another hotel".
