This hotel has a lot of things going for it. Its only a 10 minute walk from the metro and has a really nice restaurant and lobby. The ball throwing game is really entertaining for the young ones. The rooms are well decorated and clean....

Our Room was not cleaned in three Days!

We asked hotel reception we wanted our room cleaned the next day. It did not happen. And not the day after that. No cleaning for three days....

Unsafe, Poorly Managed, and Not Worth the Stay

This hotel felt unsafe. During the night shift, a staff member himself told us he had to lock the doors because people steal things. On top of that, the room doors do not lock automatically, and someone actually ended up opening our room door, which was extremely concerning.
