Beware use of electrical appliances

My second stay at this hotel in the last few months when the iron in the room has been unsafe !! (bare inner electrical cable on both occasions)
This was reported to hotel front desk on both occasions and I have been informed they are taking these Health and Safety incidents seriously....
Cleaning and turnover standard is below expectations for a 3 star hotel....

Rude check in staff

Rude check in staff. I challenged why I needed to provide my credit card at check in since the companys travel agent had already paid fully for the room and there already was a credit card lodged. I also mentioned that this was not asked of me at other Scandics. One receptionist very rudely shouted at me saying that this was the procedure for the last 20 years that she has been working here. Not staying at this hot...

Good hotel at a really good location in Oslo City. We had a room for 4 persons and it was a good size for Norwegian standard. Really recommend this hotel....
