First impressions were great-lovely reception area etc. went downhill after that-lift scruffy with stains down the doors and general rubbish on the floor-corridors scuffed and looked rather grim. Entered room which is so cramped-we booked a double but have two folded up bunk beds in there too! No room to move-more like a hostel. Receptionist was not interested in helping and just said no to my request of a different ...

Great Location but Hotel Just Okay

My husband and I spent three nights here in a family-style room that included a king size bed and a set of bunkbeds. The room was quite crowded with all of the beds, a large standing mirror, and a desk. We felt cramped and we were just two adults. It's hard to imagine a couple with kids being comfortable in the same room. There was no communal eating area. There were no nightstands, which was very inconvenient for us...

The one thing that stood out was the friendliness, helpfulness and smiles of pretty much all the staff I interacted with, from on the phone before arrival to correct my reservation, to live until I checked out.
