The one thing that stood out was the friendliness, helpfulness and smiles of pretty much all the staff I interacted with, from on the phone before arrival to correct my reservation, to live until I checked out.

We stayed at this hotel twice during our recent trip around Norway. We loved the central location and the fact that it was attached to the train station and mall.
The room was comfortable although cramped, we missed not having a table on each side of the bed. The bathroom was more than adequate with a wonderful powerful shower. The rooms are ready for an update.
