Bad behaviour of the receptionist

I am disappointed with the service I experienced at your hotel today. As a Scandic Good Friend member, I have always appreciated the level of hospitality your brand represents. Unfortunately, the behaviour of the reception staff today dated (29 Nov 2025) did not meet those standards. Very rude behaviour of the 2 receptionist abs calling guests stranger and laughing each others when they asks for help.

Ok room, chekin to long, breakfast ok, but the bread was not as we expected.. Price ok. Will use rye hotel bescause of the location, but the breakfast will be served at an other place.

Overall, a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, the service is helpful, the breakfast is excellent, and the location works very well for both business and city travel....

Affordable hotel close to communiting services and affordable grocery open to 11 pm. Spacious rooms. Nice breakfast. Offered coffee one hour breakfast start saturday morning at 06:30....

Be careful where you park. Can be twice the price if you park on the wrong side of the parking lot. Very easy with EasyPark but I feel guests should have free parking. ...
