Nice straff, but expensive parking.

Liked the stat, the straff was Nice. But the parking was to expensive. There was also something in the bed. We both got itching wounds after the night....

we did put the label "please make up the room" but the housekeeper just came to put the label back in the room without cleaning anything! The third day is worse. They did not clean but took the towel without placing the new towel at all!!! C'mon they did not do their job!...

A satisfactory experience

We stayed for 2 nights ( 1 pre tour and 1 post tour) so we had 2 different rooms . The rooms with 4 numbers are better and more modern than the room with 3 numbers . The more modern ones have a walk in shower whereas the others you have to climb in a bathtub.
However in both cases the rooms were satisfactory with a kettle and minibar and comfortable furnishing. We would have preferred to be in a more central locatio...

The rooms thermostat didnt heat the room whilst displaying the temperature we wanted.
The room advertised was much larger with photos of a sofa for a superior plus room. This wasnt the room we received. No number to call reception so had to visit in person 3 times from the 9th floor. Staff were very unhelpful asking us to email head office as they didnt know what to do.

Room not in order, was not fixt before 2am. Breakfast was a total chaos, too little time, and no tables available....
