Noisy Room, bad customer service

This was my worst stay in any Scandic hotel.
The ventilation in the room was soo extremely noisy that it was impossible to sleep all night. Even with earplugs. It sounded like staying at an industrial site.
When I consulted the staff regarding this, their response was that nothing could be done. He did not even want to give me another room. The lack of customer service was shocking.

Trashy hotel.

When I checked-in and went to my room, the room door was standing open, there was some trash on the floor. The room is small, which would be ok had not it smelled so bad. No tea or coffee in the room, while the reception girl said there was a tea pot, no, there was nothing The only thing u have is a glass standing above the toilet so u would not use it anyway. Cheap trashy hotel....

Nice hotel centrally located in Oslo. Walking distance to centre of town. Tram is 100m from hotel and is running very frequently with connections that covers most of Oslo. Parking is in nearby Holberg Parking which is quite expensive. ...

All in all, I had a lovely stay at Scandic Holberg. Location is very good. It is clean. I like the breakfast. Only thing that it is a little bit expensive specially with the size of the room, it is really small one....
