5 nights in a shoebox room might put couples to a test, but it is OK if you just need a place to sleep. A fairly worn out tiny room, but clean. The bathroom haven´t been renovated for many years. Service experience was somewhat lousy. The floor heat in the bathroom didn´t work from day 2. The guy at the reception told us it would be fixed or otherwise we would get another room. This is an average and completely OK Scandic hotel but it is absolutely not worth the price per night. The rooms are small, quite worn down and above all they're not very sound proof so you can hear everything that happens in the corridor outside and everytime someone closes the door to another room. Scandic generally offers a pleasant stay; however, this particular hotel appears to be outdated and in need of renovation. Consequently, the standard of the rooms does not fully meet expectations....
