Me and my husband had 2 night stay at Scandic Karl Johan, Oslo in January 2025. Had a room with breakfast, the breakfast was quite good but the cleanliness of the room wasnt. I had a soggy packet in the coffee tray and the hair dryer in the bathroom was dusty. But the coffee tray was cleaned on the second day. The place where the hotel is located is good, even has good public transportation options to nearby. ...

I ordert a handicaproom , they give me the smalest room they have in the hotel room 408 ,i talk in the reception about this , the person say sorry whe dont have it....

Had a very comfortable stay in Scandic Karl Johan. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast. On the morning of the marathon, the breakfast room was so crowded that there were no available tables, many guests including us had to sit in the lounge area to eat our breakfast. ...

Filthy Hotel rooms

The bed was full og dirt, there was dust and filth all over the room. Bathroom was dirty and full off grease. The man in the reception was very kind, but both the rooms was equaly dirty. There was also no trash cans, and no remote to turn of the tv....

Lovely, clean, comfortable hotel centrally located in Oslo. Would definitely recommend staying if youre here for a break. Staff are fantastic and I want to make special mention of Ramzes who helped me out when I checked in. I was having issues with my phone and needed to book rail tickets to Sweden but Ramzes was amazing and helped me get these booked. These tickets had to be booked there and then from my perspectiv...
