Low standard on room and bathroom and in lifts and common areas. General lack of maintenance throughout the hotel. Walls and doors in rooms and corridors are in need of maintenance. Information in lifts and security information on printed worn pieces of tape standard. Low standard in general inside and on the outside the hotel. Photos can be submitted!...

Repeatedly visited during aroun 70 years

Lots of changes has taken place during the years. The hotel has been extended to allow superior rooms facing a quiet park,- the restaurant has been moved from one part to another, and the name and ownership has changed from the KNA hotel (Royal Norwegian Automobile Club) in the late 30ties to the present Scandic Solli, but the services and hospitality has always been good...

Nice and quiet hotel close to everything

We had a good stay at the hotel. Its a nice and quiet area and still in walking distance to everything. The breakfast was delicious and for me with celiac disease it was a huge table in distance to the gluten area. It was several things for me to eat that was gluten free. ...

If Scandic was once a good hotel chain those days are gone. I stayed for 14 nights in a hotel that could at best be described as shabby. Worn out furniture, questionable elevators, torn wall paper, dirty glasses, broken window latches and the sound of the tram going by into the night.
