While I don't fault them for the lack of room cleaning as the hotels were on strike while we were there, I do fault them for keeping the room at a miserable temperature and locking the thermostat so that we could not cool it off at all, causing some of the worst sleep I've had in a long time, waking up sweating throughout the night. They eventually let us borrow a fan which helped. The windows did open but there was ...

Decent hotel in centre.
Positives -
staff very friendly and welcoming
Shower in room good quality
Good location
Negatives -
Parking, very tight ramps and parking spaces.
Expensive parking 555 krona for 24 hours and dont use if you have a hire car nearly impossible to pay for it...

I was worried having read some of the reviews prior to staying but luckily everything was great. We had a room on the top floor which was cosy and clean. There isnt a lot of storage but we were only there for one night. The beds were so comfy. The bathroom was fine but the shower leaked no matter which direction you put the shower head.

I wouldnt stay here again because the design of the hotel is really poor, but it is in a really good location and for our two night stay it wasnt worth moving. We found the hotel clean and our interactions with staff were good.
