The loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. Spent two nights there and left sleep deprived. I do not recommend....

In the heart of the historic center of Palermo, this hotel puts you in the center of the action, just off the Quattro Canti, with tons of restaurants and shops nearby and within walking distance of the theater, museums, the not-to-be-missed Palermo cathedral, parks, and the harbor. Hotel is in great location for exploring the city. Rooms a bit dark and need a refurb and some paint but all in all, decent. Staff were good and helpful. Loved the rooftop bar and restaurant for its views, food just ok. Elevators worked fine to get to all five floors....

There is very little to say. The manager is clearly in the wrong job- a rude, ignorant man. His attitude when we arrived ruined the evening. We were a group of 18. The table had been booked well in advance but we were given the worst area of the restaurant. When asked about this on arrival the manager was extremely rude, behaving like a demanding child.
