Terrible building work, noise, dust, banging, going all week. Even on Saturdays! Ruined our holiday. Be awareif youre assigned a 4 floor room, there's a building site on restaurant Construction started around 20:30am every day, until late night. Sound like they're moving furniture day and night. It was THE best decision to chose this hotel for our stay. I traveled with mum, who prefers to have all the spots close to the stay as much as possible: and this hotel is IT. You will be in the heart of the historical center, literally in front of you is the Fontana Pretoria, and from the terrace you will have an amazing view.

Since my flight arrived late, I let them know my check-in time in advance. Even though I checked in after midnight, they waited for me at the front desk. Since I was traveling from Japan to Palermo, I was very tired and didn't feel like eating breakfast, so I declined, despite the good reviews.
