Hotel was not as stated for family member / rooms under construction / and noise/dirt / refused to refund money / she is still trying to get it back from Dec 2023/Jan2024/////shameful...........

A lovely three star hotel that deserves five stars - location is perfect

This hotel is located in the very heart of Palermo with everything you might need close and within walking distance. From the window in our room on the third floor we had a lovely view of the fountain and statues. We could also see the Quattro Canti and enjoy being serenaded during the day and evening by the street singers and artists, a perfect way to feel the Palermo vibe.

Very convenient location, very close to famous viewpoints, hospitality staff and could provide parking and two days ZTL pass even I just stayed one day....

The location is perfect and the staff are incredibly friendly! The rooftop terrace offers amazing views, but the breakfast was weak. Also, do not have dinner at the rooftop restaurant the food is truly substandard!...
