Since my flight arrived late, I let them know my check-in time in advance. Even though I checked in after midnight, they waited for me at the front desk. Since I was traveling from Japan to Palermo, I was very tired and didn't feel like eating breakfast, so I declined, despite the good reviews. Very serviceable hotel in the heart of a historic area in Palermo. The staff were very good, but we found the junior suite (to which we were kindly upgraded) hadnt great lounge furniture, but that was rather minor. Palermo is a bit crazy, but like a very old woman who has been through many troubles, but retains dignity, vivacity, and remnants of true beauty ...

This hotel is in a perfect location in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Quattro Canti .
A regular bus service from the airport drops you five minutes walk from the hotel.
The hotel staff are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.
Our room was good with comfortable beds, shower, bath, tv and tea making facilities.
The rooftop terrace is amazing with panoramic views and surrounded by historic buildings.
