We had a 10 day stay at the Wagner. It was our home while we explored and enjoyed all the many things Palermo offers. We felt so comfortable and well cared for.

Great place to stay in Palermo

We stayed at the Grand Hotel Wagner with a tour group and had a great time! The location was great, close to the city for shopping and most attractions. The staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The lobby seating area was spacious and even though the bar was small, you were able to utilize the seating area to enjoy your beverages with friends without feeling cramped. Sometimes we make a mistake choosing a hotel......this was one.

What a mistake. Booked this hotel for 3 nights and found out when I got to my room that all deluxe rooms and suites are facing the Main Street. Palermo is a town of motor scooters and all night long you can hear them.
I have a junior suite (paid for by me 100%) and you can listen to those motorcycles day and night. OK. The thermostats (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) will not turn on the a/c syste...

I wanted to like it here - I really did. The moment I stepped into the hotel, it was beautiful with a welcoming, kind staff. But, things changed.
