Excellent Hotel in a Great Location in Palermo

Excellent location in Palermo. And a great classic hotel. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff (especially Nicola the bellman) were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was one of the best I have seen in Italy. Close to many of the sights and good restaurants. And the lobby bar was staffed by guys who knew their stuff, and the drinks were exceptionally well priced. Would not hesitate to stay here again....

Palermo perfection

After a long day of travel. Arriving at the Grand Wagner felt so comforting.
Salvo' s smile and help with luggage we knew we were in good hands. Wim made check in easy and later helped with a trattoria recommendation. Our room was wonderfully elegant and up to date. After a long day of walking and enjoying the energy of Palermo we especially enjoyed a nightcap at the beautiful bar with their wonderful staff ....

Elegance and Comfort

We had a 10 day stay at the Wagner. It was our home while we explored and enjoyed all the many things Palermo offers. We felt so comfortable and well cared for.
The staff is excellent. They do everything with care and a warm spirit. It starts with Giselle who manages the hotel, extends to Wim and the rest of the reception staff, and certainly to Davide, Giovanna, and the rest of the morning breakfast crew. If you se...

Great place to stay in Palermo

We stayed at the Grand Hotel Wagner with a tour group and had a great time! The location was great, close to the city for shopping and most attractions. The staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The lobby seating area was spacious and even though the bar was small, you were able to utilize the seating area to enjoy your beverages with friends without feeling cramped.
