We loved staying here. We were there for 12 nights, and you can observe a lot in that amount of time. First of all the hotel is beautiful, exactly as pictured on the website. A bit on the old fashioned side, to be sure, but that is totally our style. We found the decor to be lovely. When I booked a Deluxe room for 14 days, I specifically requested a quiet room in writing. The hotel confirmed in writing that it would do everything possible to ensure I had a quiet room. I relied on this assurance, but was extremely disappointed. For 14 days every night we were subjected to extreme noise outside our hotel room, caused by motorbikes that continued to make a deafening racket even after midnight. The ...

My stay at Hotel Grand Wagner was a pleasure. The hotel is beautifully and elegantly decorated. The staff are professional and courteous. They go above and beyond to ensure their guests are well taken care of. The hotel is ideally located and within walking distance to everything Palermo has to offer. Dated and very loud in multiple rooms

Not for a light sleeper. Busy noises all night long. Even when moved to another room on the side street the noise is unbelievable and unbearable. The hotel is temperature restricted and the heat stays on throughout even though the temps warm up during the day. Sleep with the window open to allow cooler air in is virtually impossible even with ear plugs. The hotel is dated as well. Musty-smelling, old-fashioned deco,...

Older 3* hotel in good location - near pedestrian streets and monuments.
Palermo is a good location to see sights outside of the city. It is very dirty and bumper to bumper traffic all day long. Ive never seen double parking before.
